Usage Rights
Standard usage
For individual Editorial Portrait Days and Corporate Portrait sessions, the agreed fee includes usage for the client’s own professional and personal channels, such as:
- Personal or company website, press, PR, professional profiles and organic social media.
- press and PR
- speaker profiles
- organic social media
- internal company communications
Commercial usage
Additional licensing may be required where images are used for broader commercial purposes, for example:
- paid advertising
- large-scale campaigns
- billboards or out-of-home advertising
- packaging
- product marketing
- international campaigns
- long-term commercial use
- third-party brand use
These projects are quoted individually based on where the images will appear, how long they will be used, and the scale of the campaign.
Copyright
Copyright remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client receives the agreed usage rights for the final delivered images.
Images may not be resold, transferred to third parties for unrelated use, or significantly altered without prior agreement.
